Dear Agent,

If you are interested in a real estate career, or an experience in real estate, we are anxious to talk to you.  While the market is predicting gloom and doom, we are not feeling here at Adirondack Country Homes Realty.  Being members of FIVE (5) multiple listing systems, we have literally thousands of homes, land parcels, and commercial establishments to offer our customers. In addition, we have some very very active web sites.

To accommodate our growing customer base, we are seeking new team members who are responsible and service-orientated.  We welcome seasoned agents wanting a change, or re-entry/relocating agents to consider our agency, as well as new energetic salespersons to join us in a career of real estate. 

Our main office is conveniently located in the center of Schroon Lake, NY.  In March of 2003, we opened an office in Lake Placid, NY expanding our reach for our customers to include Saranac Lake, the Whiteface mountain area, as well as west to Indian/Long Lake.  In April of 2003, Adirondack Country Homes Realty opened a branch office in Willsboro to help our Champlain Valley customers. This office will assist the Elizabethtown to Plattsburgh area and up to our US border.  In 2004, we opened our Gore Mtn. Regional office in North Creek extending our reach into the central Adirondacks; and later that year we opened our Glens Falls city office.  (We didn't want to forget our Adirondack neighboring communities!)  Our Glens Falls reaches over into the famous Saratoga Region, rich in culture!  In 2005, our Port Henry office opened to help our Vermont viewers check out the Adirondacks; and in mid summer, we opened our High Peaks office in North Hudson which now is our Auction Department.  The High Peaks region is so beautiful.  Early in 2006, we found some wonderful friendly folks in the Speculator Region and opened an office there to assist our customers exploring the western Adirondacks.  Lastly in 2007, we'll be opening a tri-county office in Bloomingdale to assist our St. Lawrence, Franklin and upper Essex communities, and consolidated our Port Henry office into our Champlain Office located in Willsboro.  In 2008, Adirondack Country Homes Realty introduced our Real Estate Auction office in North Hudson under the care of the Gokey team. and lastly we will be announcing a commercial subsidiary, and more added value services.

 

Real estate has never been more of a challenging career.

Besides having comfortable offices to work in, we also employ the latest technology in marketing.  Many 'added value' services have been offered in 2007 (i.e., auction, forestry, home warranty and home packages, property management, architectural services, translation services and more).  We maintain a strong computer network and have our own server on-site. We maintain our own web sites and are very creative, and believe in entrepreneurship. Also, available to our agents is the use of in-house graphic artists for brochure implementation, and on-line file documentation. We have color laser printing capabilities, and a host of other tools for a successful future in real estate.
